The Puff Paddy, what’s in the name? Yes it is a high quality puffer made of extraordinary fabrics. The crincled cotton outside has been membraned by which is becomes smooth and very slightly crincly. The insulation is recycled polyester filling to give it a nice warmth and puffiness. Closes up with a two way waterzip.
