GENERAL RETURN POLICY
- Before returning the product, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. Or request a return in your account using the 'RETURN' button and fill in the form or fill in the withdrawal form
Please note that the returned items must be sent back in perfect condition, meaning unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with the tags still attached.
- The buyer must return the product within 14 calendar days after notifying the seller at his own expense.
Returning a purchase is at the customer's expense and risk. If a parcel does not arrive, the customer is liable.
